still waiting for Waitrose Card since July

Despite numerous emails and promises that my card would be 'fast tracked' I still have not received a Waitrose card. Not sure why it takes so long to produce a card i.e. nearly 4 months? I have asked but they don't answer, merely say it is being fast tracked to me. This has happened at least 4 times so am giving up. I like the shop, although expensive and usually very full at the check out but was hoping to be able to get my free cup of coffee with my card on my way to work each day...am wondering if they have 'overplayed their hand' on that one which is why they are taking so long to send out cards.

Dreadful on-line service

I ordered 4 chairs (different colour) and arranged deliver. Delivery was cancelled (but I wasn't told) because one was out of stock. I suggested delivering other 3 on another date after phoning them following non delivery. Two chairs arrived. We never knew what happened to the third, John Lewis can't tell us...the out of stock chair I had re-ordered & arranged delivery. Again day was changed, I was not told as it was still out of stock. Gave up and cancelled whole lot. After several phone calls (they were meant to phone me) they have now agreed to collect remaining 2 chairs that were delivered. Chaotic & inexplicable.


mattress fine once it got here

Mattress was not delivered on alotted day (it was a free delivery day). It seemed to have disappeared from the depot - this was a shame as my husband waited in most of the day. However they did deliver on my request and after despatching another mattress 2 days later within a small time slot before 9.30 a.m. which usually costs a hefty delivery charge. (it was free). They also gave me a sheet for a reduced price.

I truly am sorry for the problems in delivery. Unfortunately when using an external company to make delivery, we can come across some problems. We will always aim to resolve the as quickly and as conveniently as we can for the customer. I am glad to hear that this was resolved to your satisfaction.
