I WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE THEM HALF A STAR
I too ordered my bean bags in November 2011 off Groupon with the small print of 'please allow up to 6 weeks delivery' It is now Mon 12 February 2012 and I still haven't recieved any of them. After months of frustrating phone calls and emails, to which I had no reply, the only correspondance I have had is off Groupon. This company is an embarrassment. They have taken the money out of my account, including the £12.95 for delivery (of what? you might ask). I have written numerous emails asking for them to at least pay me the delivery charge back as they have been so useless. Yet up to this date I have not received anything, not even a reply back off them. What a proffessional company!!!

As per our telephone conversation I have informed our logistics department to release for shipment an alternative available colour (Red)as agreed. Shipping from Germany to the UK is normally 5 working day.
