I returned a pair of sunglasses because the quality of the finish was very poor. I spent £6.95 to ensure they got back to RHS within the specified 7 day returns period. I enclosed a note explaining why I was returning them and also asked if I would be reimbursed the return carriage cost.
I duly received my refund for the cost of the sunglasses, but no reference was made to my query regarding refund of carriage charge.
I would not have been bothered even if RHS had responded by saying they will not refund the £6.95, but to receive no response is really discourteous.
Anyway, I have now purchased the sunglasses from sunglassesshop.com.
Will I use RHS again? No. Would I recommend RHS to others? Not now, no.
