Place my order for a Nokia N9 on Wednesday (around 3pm)
Several emails to confirm payment, acknowledgement and further instructions.
Parcel dispatched same day and arrived at 10.30am on Thursday. Several emails from the courier to confirm delivery and even given a one hour time slot.
Phone was well packed/secure and obviously, brand new

Called three times, each time was told answering time would be 19 minutes. Fourth attempt was told the wait was 7 minutes, someone finally answered after 15 minutes only to tell me I should wait another 2, 3 maybe 4 working days for dispatch email confirmation. Was unable to tell me when dispatch would happen or where the order was unto apart from it had been passed on
If by any chance they deliver within the expected 8 working days (2 days from now), I will be totally amazed but I will hold my hands up and edit this review.
You have been warned, yes they have cheap prices = bad service and uncertainty about actually receiving any items within the alotted time scales
UPDATE: After I called yesterday (3 attempts), I was informed that my phone was due for dispatch that day. I told them I had not received a tracking email or any information. The customer services rep stated he would chase this up and email me with details of delivery etc.
After 30 minutes or so, an email was received. The email stated that unfortunately the stock of phones had been water damaged!!!!! and they could not give me a definite date for a replacement to be sent out.
I emailed them in return and requested an immediate refund! Reading some of the reviews here, I guess this will be a battle too? Time will tell.
