bit disappointed

sent the wrong dress and when I requested an exchange for the dress I actually ordered they said it had since sold out.

a total joke

This company is a total joke. I ordered a Cajon on the 7/12/11 for a Christmas present. Got an email on Christmas Eve to say I wouldn't have it in time, when I tried calling them the phone rang out ( as soon as I got the email ) since then it has just been more emails saying the order is delayed time and time again. It is now 13/2/12 and still no Cajon. Just received another email to say they EXPECT it on the 23/2/12!! Not good enough. What the point in selling things on your web site when there is no guarantee you'll ever get it. Will never use this company again and certainly won't recommend them to anyone. You would think with all the on-line competition their customer service would be a lot better.
