Amazing service and price

Ordered a Canon EOS 7D on Friday evening; price, guarantee, etc incredible compared with elsewhere. Easy to pay with Paypal (or various alternatives) However even more incredible was the service. Was informed by e-mail on Saturday(with tracking details) that the product had been despatched, and on Monday afternoon it was in my hands - exceptionally well-packed, and exactly as ordered.
Wouldn't hesitate to use again - even for such high cost items.

Blinds Depot


Our new blind arrived very quickly. It is smart and of good quality, and a perfect fit to the recess. Reasonably easy to fit with adequate instructions (though they omitted to mention threading the cord for the mechanism). Brackets are a bit ugly, but difficult to see what else could be done. So, overall, an excellent, high quality made-to-measure product with which we are very pleased.


Mixed bag

Had a new en-suite supplied and fitted, January 12. The final result, with one exception (below) was excellent and the fitter did a very professional job, right on schedule.
Problem was firstly the ordering process; far too many people are involved before commiting to the order - some of which make typical "salesman" promises " will come and check deliveries and final product etc" - which turn out to be only exactly that "salesman promises". The paperwork is horrendous - signed more than 10 times before job completed - 8 times for the order alone. Each type of item is separately specified and signed for. It is like dealing with five different companies, and no-one takes overall responsibility for the product. Added to which, unlike most installers, it all has to be paid for in full at the odering stage - so no come back if not fully satisfied later. One small fitting problem is still unresolved, and we are still waiting for some information.
Good product etc, but would not use again for above reasons - not very customer-oriented. Can now update this after one year: Minor defects have appeared and eventually been sorted out. However it seems to me that Homebase use manufacturers reject or second quality items. Toilet has inexplicable "bulge" in cistern which prevents any toilet seat standing upright, and basin, although properly fitted to wall does not drain properly as pool of water accumulates just in front of drain plug. Toilet "doughnut" washer (amongst other things) had to be replaced - with fitter saying - "these never last more than three months- I have now fitted a better quality one"!


Outstanding product and service

Ordered Fusion Shadow which arrived on schedule and in perfect order. Very nice product which fulfils its promise.
Support very good and helpful - no jargon or strange accents!!
