Happy Shopper

Never dissapointed. Good quality with long dates on fresh food.


Good Service

Five stars all the way. Lovely fresh flowers and always delivered on time. When my daughter gave birth my flower basket was delivered within 2 hours of the birth. Very impressed.

Customer Care

Flippen awful, several people i know have had a problem with them. Quick to take your money but when a problem arises want to send your phone away to be repaired leaving you without a phone for several days.


Customer support

Nightmare if you have a problem. Hard to speak to someone who can not speak good english and can understand the problem. Just ask for disconnections, it's the only way to speak to someone that you can understand and will sort the problem. Saving money by moving call centre's to asia in my opinion is not cost effective.

Takes far too long for them to sort problems with a seller, expects you to return damaged items at your expense and by signed for delivery when the seller has sent the item second class standard mail so it costs you twice as much to return.



Impossible to get into your account if it is temp locked, shows you pics of people or pets or other random photo's from your friends accounts and expects you to know who they are. It's impossible to contact them to confirm that the account belongs to you.



I started on vodafone with my first phone many years ago. Over the years had tried orange and 02 and a couple of others but am back with vodafone. With the other networks i found loss of connection when inside large buildings i.e ikea and problems abroad. I have never had a problem with vodafone on any occasion so i'm back to where i started.



Very dissapointed with this supermarket. Bleach in bag with sweets which leaked onto other items, had to give driver kitchen roll to wipe hands, said manager would phone me but never did, had to phone customer services for refund on items that had to be returned, Far too many substituions. Short dates on fresh items, even mould on grapes. Almost always never get the special offers. After 2 years of fortnightly online shopping with Asda i can honestly say that not once have i recieved a complete order, i now shop at another supermarket.



Item arrived quickly. Very impressed with quality of item and even more impressed that i saved over £25.
