Excellent Experience

I have to say that I was a little nervous of buying tickets from a resale site, especially given the high number of negative reviews for this website and others.Those nervous thoughts continued until we were scanned in to the venue and show began - but as it turned out those worries proved unfounded on this occasion. I purchased 2x tickets for my wife and I to see Micky Flanagan at Cardiff Motorpoint Arena as we had left it a bit late and only single seats miles apart were still available through the Box Office. I managed to obtain front row tickets at only slightly over face value through Seatwave, which were e-mailed to me straight away and we got in to see an excellent show with no problems at all, so I can only advise on my positive experience on this occasion.

Excellent service at a reasonable price.

Ordered a pair of tyres online for my Honda. Had an e-mail confirmation through very quickly. Arrived slightly early for my appointment at the fitters, expecting a bit of a wait, but no...they were waiting for me with tyres at the ready. All done and dusted in about 40mins while I read their paper, drank their coffee and lounged in their well appointed waiting area. Would definitely use again based on this experience.

Slow to despatch order.

Ordered a single wrench socket (small item) before 4pm on Wednesday. Wouldn't necessarily expect despatch that day but would normally expect stock item to be despatched the next day. Got e-mail to say that "item would probably miss Thursdays post" also - why? Is 24hrs not long enough to bag and stamp a single socket? Item eventually arrived middle of following week ..too late for work I had planned.

I apologise for the delays that you experienced. We aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours of them being printed into the warehouse.

The carriers that we use collect the orders at specific times, if your order was despatched after the collection had taken place it would be collected the next working day.

We are very sorry to learn that we have failed to meet our normally high standard of service.
