Recently ordered an electric guitar, an amp and a guitar gigbag from this company. I was a bit worried after reading some dubious reviews and when I had neither received nor heard anything (after allowing the 10 working days the items were supposed to be delivered in) I began to fear the worst. I fired off an email at the weekend and received a reply at 9.15 on the Monday from Paulo Cardoso. It transpired the guitar and bag were in stock and on hold for me but the amp was out of stock. I was offered the option to order a different amp and also have the guitar and bag sent out of the warehouse that day. I chose to cancel the order for the amp and asked for my money back and for the guitar and bag to be posted as offered. The money for the amp was back in my paypal account within minutes, the other two items posted and the guitar arrived the next day at lunchtime. Unfortunately the Yodel carriers didn't deliver the gigbag even though their delivery note says 2 items! I am assured that will arrive tomorrow, Yodel issue not the fault of dolphin music! Paulo was very helpful in sorting this out and his customer service was excellent. If only the dolphinmusic company kept you informed of stock issues then there would be no need for the anxiety caused to the customer who is left in the dark until they chase the company themselves!
