Not happy with a package being a day late
I ordered two Mackie HR 824 mk 2's monitor speakers, value £800 altogether - from Chemical Records a couple of weeks ago, they arrived on different days thanks to Parcelforce f*cking up the courier side of things.
Their service is only as good as the third parties they use, but that's the way of commerce in this day and age.

I have purchased vinyl and occasionally equipment and clothing for a number of years now.
I am somewhat disappointed that I miss out on discounts and promotions due to the fact that I avoid Facebook like the plague - given how loyal a customer I have been to the company - I have spent over £1300 with Chemical since the start of January and have had no offers of discounts on future orders....
