Decent products but beware of some of the claims.
Sometime own brand items can be crap. Other times they can be a real bargain and a decent find. This company has both. They obviously get products made for them in China and sometimes this can be a bit of a hit and miss affair. Generally a very good company to do business with.

They do a decent job on the whole but certain employees do let the team down. They need to find some kind of passion for what they do.

...cheerful sound s good in my ears. Good products at decent prices. Dosen't have the range of the big boys but sometimes we are spoilt for choice. Good honest products for good honest people.

Sort your websites out!!!
They have a website that is overly complicated. They have an awful lot of content and i feel this gets lost in a disjointed website. When i click on a link that says Radio1 i expect to go to the main Radio1 website...not the current presenters site!!! The list of issues is long but on the whole a pleasentish experience.
Tesco
Never have a pleasent experience at their supermarkets.
They seem to attract the chaves amongst us. You know the ones, the ones that park in the disabled bays when they aren't disabled. Same with the mother and toddler bays. The sort that load their trolleys with all the wrong food and need to go on a decent diet!! The ones that think 12 cases of beer for a fiver is a "great deal" when we have drink issues as a nation. No morals at all in my opinion.

Great product and pretty stable.
You will be hard pressed to find better broadband than with Virgin. It gives you what you pay for...as long as it's between certain times of the day!!!

Great range of kit and at decent prices.
They used to be a bit of a hit and miss outfit back in the good old days but things have sure changed over the last 3-4 years. Great service and great website...not always the cheapest but i have found cheap aint always best...buyer beware of cheap deals elsewhere!!

Ebay is the great bit. A central area for numpties like you and me to buy and sell items we either want or don't want. It's just a shame that not all the users are genuine and honest folk like you and me!

I had a pizza that didn't have extra pineapple...turned out i hadn't actually selected extra pineapple!!! Dohh! The best pizzas there are and they don't spray liquid fat on them like some other well known shed brand do!!! Shame on you.

...a web purchasing experience should be simple and hassle free. This is my third purchase from this company and all have been faultless. The best way to guide an e-retailer is when something goes wrong. Suppose I'll just have to keep purchasing items until that day. ;-)
