No Communications

Paid with PayPal and only got a responding email; from PayPal. Sent a email to Hudson, but got no reply. Product showed up within two weeks.

Hello, I am sorry that a tracking email was not sent to you. I have taken a look into why this happened and I can see that you logged into our website as a guest and did not register as a customer, due to this an email address for you does not come through on the order so we cannot then send you a tracking email. Your order was dispatched on 07.02.12 and was delivered to you on 13.02.12, we do not count the weekend as delivery days so the item was delivered to you within 4 working days.
