Good: always have plenty of checkouts open, a wide range of products
Bad: fruit and veg are overpriced.
Really grim: supervisory and management staff.
Complaints are treated as a challenge: "how can I blame anyone other than Tesco, supplier, customer junior staff but not us mate". Customer service seem incapable of passing on a message. They make promises that are not fulfilled. Their complaints dept will respond to anything other than the point being made. Businesses, including Tesco used to say "the customer is king". In recent years it has become "customers are a pian in the neck". It is not hard to see why the share price has taken a dive
I have regularly ordered from Amazon over several years, Delivery has always been prompt and nothing has ever arrived damaged or not as ordered. On the one occasion that I had a complaint it was remedied courteously and quickly.
A very impressive company
Ordered two items by phone and was told they would be delivered together. The £2 item arrived within three days; the £69 item has yet to arrive

When ordering the website showed the item you ordered was out of stock, but you could still order.
The item is due in and we'll make sure it leaves for next day delivery as soon as it arrives.
