Will never use again and looks like a con

Ordered some flowers, money left my account, received confirmation of order. Yet no flowers have arrived. Went onto website to trace order, site tells me no money has been received by them. Try to contact them by phone and every single number on the site is dead. There was 1 number that worked but it was constantly engaged, then when I logged back on a little later that number had been altered on the site to a number that was dead. Sounds like a con to me, get everyones money at a busy time and run. Anyone fancy raining letters of complaint to Trading Standards, Rouge Traders and any other TV show that takes on arsehole companies like this?
