This company is a con and a bunch of d*ckheads.
I ordered Valentines day flowers to be delivered today. I have just checked the courier's tracking website and the flowers have been returned back to the depot with out delivery ever being attempted.
Although I find this slightly annoying, my main grievance is with the cowboys at Serenata flowers. All of the numbers on their website are dead and they had the audacity to e-mail me in the afternoon and supply me with another dead number, with the catch phrase "don't hesitate to call us if you have a problem"
I am still trying to ring them, in the hope that somehow, this joke of a company can rectify the situation, but I am having no luck.
I totally agree that this company is run by a bunch of amateur cowboys. We need to find the CEO of this c*ap company and write to him/her.
A f*cking disgrace.
