2 months ago I ordered products (worth 85 GBP). A few days later Hairsupermaket wrote that my order had been dispatched, and after two weeks they took my money. I still haven't received my products, and they have only answered my first out of three e-mails, yet. The first response was very friendly, but so far that hasn't done any difference. Am I a fool to believe that there has just been a delay?

For 2 måneder siden bestilte jeg produkter (værdi 730 dkr.). Få dage senere skrev Hairsupermarket, at de havde behandlet min bestilling, og efter 2 uger trak de pengene fra min konto. Jeg har stadig ikke modtaget mine produkter, og de har kun svaret på den første af tre mails - ind til videre. Det første svar var meget venligt, men ind til videre har det ikke gjort nogen forskel. Er det tåbeligt af mig at tro, at der bare er tale om en forsinkelse?
