Walls and Floors

Dreadful. Stayed in all day for delivery and was told at 3pm they weren't coming.

Picked a day for delivery and was texted the evening before to tell me they would turn up between 7am and 5pm (!), then at 3pm was told they were not coming that day. They were unable to commit to a time the following day, so I will have to take another day off work. Hopeless.

Thank you for providing your feedback. We are very sorry for any inconvenience surrounding a delay in your delivery. We do try to plan effective delivery routes but occasionally due to circumstances beyond our control, there is an unexpected delay. We try to keep customers as informed as we can, but on this case were unable to do so until 3pm. Please accept our apologies, and we hope you will allow us to restore your faith in our company, should any tiling projects arise in the future.
