They now send goods from Switzerland, and when it's delayed or not delivered at all they'll do nothing at all for at least 21 days.
They won't budge, whatever the circumstances. They've got your money, but you don't have what you ordered.
Spend a few pennies more if necessary - choose another company.

I hate using Selections - and the reason is that you rarely end up getting a complete order, no matter how quickly you order after receiving one of their many marketing emails.
Yet again they've failed to deliver what I ordered, and what makes it even worse is that there's no way of tracking what's going on - you just have to wait for the inevitable 'out of stock' email.
Almost all online retailers have an account system that shows you what you've ordered, and what's happening to the order. Not so Selections. You just have to guess, and wait, and wait.
That's it for me, though - never again.

We understand your frustration, we can confirm that your item was dispatched on time, however, we have been advised that there are slight delays due to a back log of orders from the poor weather conditions in the UK and indeed Europe, again please be advised that we will of course resolve this matter for you if your order does not arrive.
