I ordered the floor lamp from Made and they sent it immediately. There was a problem with one part but they replaced it in no time and arranged for a free collection service of the faulty one. The end result is great. The lamp is super cool and of good quality and great price and the service is great. I highly recommend made.com for their quality and service.
I received an email from first migration asking me to review them on Trust Pilot about 6 months after I used them for my visa application. I had a very bad experience with them but wasn't planning to review them because I had nothing good to say about them. When I received their email though, I wrongly thought that they are truly looking for constructive criticism to improve their services. I wrote a review reflecting the experience I had only to receive an email a few days later with a reply that is full of lies and unprofessional accusations. I was truly shocked at how unprofessional they were dealing with my review, given that they were the ones asking for it in the first place. I have then added a comment to their very poor reply because trustPilot interface doesn't have a REPLY feature to business replies. I have used First Migration twice. The first time round there was an acceptable level of service at a reasonable fee. I have even recommended them to some friends and got them business. The second time however after 2 years I was hugely disappointed at the service and the attitude. After I made the payment I kept emailing and calling to arrange for meetings but the response was too slow despite the fact that my appointment was coming closer. I had initially arranged for a meeting with the person managing my case to meet in 2 weeks time but then was surprised that he just "went on holiday". I was instructed to call the office to arrange for a meeting with someone else and kept getting voice mail. When the person finally appeared and came back from the holiday, he handled the case very poorly, and extremely rudely. I ended up with a hurried and hostile meeting in the corridors of the office, looking through a number of mistakes that they have done to my application and correcting them one by one. I honestly would have been better off handling the paper work myself and not having to pay a considerable fee (£800) for such a service. I got my visa accepted because of my hard work and attention to detail, but I am sorry to say that Fitst Migration had no credit in this.
I was planning to recommend them again to 2 of my friends who had appointments a month after me but after what I have seen, I advised my friends to look for another service providers. They did and got a much better application for only £600 and also got their visas approved but without having to waste their time correcting mistakes and being treated rudely.
