I placed an order on 27th November 2012 and paid for delivery by no later than 4th December 2012. It failed to arrive. I chased up the order and despite no attempt at delivery being made I received an email from the courier saying they had tried to deliver but no-one was at home. A tracking number was quoted and I tried to apply this to their website. The number was not recognised. I then followed up with Pet Supermarket and complained. Despite daily emails to try to get this sorted to date, 12th December, I have not received my order. I did, however, get another email saying that my address was not a 'proper' address and could I give more information! I live in a rural area but my address can be found by satnav. We get deliveries all the time without any problems so I have no idea why this one is such an issue. I will not ordering with this company again, they have been utterly useless at trying to resolve the matter.
I decided to try Mazuma on a recommendation. I simply put my mobile phone details on the website and waited for the posting pack, which arrived the next day. I immediately sent my phone to them and received payment a day later straight to my bank account. Couldn't believe that such a fantastic service existed. A much better way to get rid of your mobile and better for the environment too.
