I order a dozen roses on February 2nd to be delivered on Valentines Day. After making many international calls.. costing me more money since I'm in the US and trying to surprise my girlfriend who is studying abroad in London for the semester.. I practically ran around in circles for 6 hours between them and their delivery service. They never answer their phones and have told me 3 different stories on why the flowers were not delivered even though I gave specific instructions on how and when to deliver them. I understand Valentines Day is a busy day, I totally get that. But this has been one of the worst experiences of my life. Girlfriend is pissed because all of her friends got flowers from their boyfriends and she didnt. I want to tell her that I got them but I;m still trying to surprise her (hoping they come today, the 15th) This has literally been one of the worst experiences and I wish I would have read the reviews before I bought them... I'm pretty sure I have never been this pissed off before
