They don't know what customer service is

I WANT TO GIVE THEM NO STARS!!! I received 2 gift vouchers for my birthday, one for £10 and the other for £50. Went online only to be told I 'can't use two methods of payment'. I rang up to place my order and was told the same. I have to apparently go instore to use my vouchers. I complained three times already and am waiting for a reply to my fourth, which, no doubt, will say exactly the same thing. My nearest store is 20 miles away and I've had these vouchers since November. Absolutely shocking, don't know how they're still afloat, anyone would think they might be fighting for customers not trying to drive them away.
