Love the BBC website. First place I go for news. Looses two stars on the new layout. Bring back the old ... please!

Crap website
Takes forever to find what you are looking for ... only to find that you can only get it as part of a bundle. Guess I'll not be doing business with Sky.

Best follow-up online - bar none.
More than happy to pay a little extra if they are not the cheapest. Follow-up is superb and deliveries on time. Should stop using Royal Mail. They muck it up - Amazon sorts it out.
