I was pleased with the initial quote from Gadget Panda, however when I sent my iPhone 4s in, they reduced the amount they were willing to pay for it saying it was in poor condition. The phone was only a couple of months old and had been looked after very well.
I was told the price had been changed due to damage to the front of the phone, which was not true - certainly not the condition it was sent off in! They did not respond to my email questioning their decision and instead just paid the revised offer into my bank account. I would not use Gadget Panda again.

With regards to the item condition, I can confirm that the iPhone we received had numerous usage marks to the screen, which is more than just the one or two light marks for which we quoted originally. Perhaps you did not notice the markings when checking the item condition under the light? We never claimed that the iPhone has damage to the front. We do not favour revising an offer but we are bound by the prices that our partners are willing to pay for items in a specific condition. We feel that our condition descriptions are quite clear without much room for interpretation. So if an item literally has more than two usage marks to the screen then it would not fall under the condition you selected and hence receive a lower offer price.
