P&O make booking difficult

I tried to book a ferry on the P&O website, once I completed the details and submitted payment, the site returned a message saying that the journey was no longer available at the quoted price.

I tried again thinking it had maybe timed out but once again, the same message. I eventually looked at the DiectFerries.com. and ot the trip booked with no problems and a cheaper price into the bargain.
