Put it down to experience!

Waited a week for delivery, when it arrived the box was open as there was minimal sellotape which was not stuck down at all. The box rattled of broken glass. There was barely any packing inside just glass dust. Unfortunately the glasses that were intact were cheap and inferior looking and not something I would have ever chosen in a shop. The glasses from the broken lot were refunded but the others I was told would have to be returned at my own cost. The customer service was, may I add polite and courteous, that however would not make me ever purchase anything else from them. A valuable lesson has been learned here, don't buy anything else from them, and they need to learn how to pack glasses!

We are very sorry to hear that you are not happy with our service.

When ordering glassware online, there is always a risk of breakages. We are dispatching over 1000 orders per day at the moment, the majority of which are glassware, with a very small percentage of breakages. Unfortunately one of the twenty four glasses on your order arrived broken.

We do always try our best to package these suitably for transit and apologise if you feel your parcel was not sufficiently packaged.

As soon as we were made aware of the one broken glass in your order we apologised and refunded you for all 6 glasses in that pack rather than just the one broken glass which is above and beyond our normal procedure.

The glasses that you didn't require were not related to the broken glass (a different product) and therefore if these are not to your satisfaction you would need to return them for a refund, as per our returns policy. These particular glasses are actually a good seller for us and are of a good quality.

We apologise again for any inconvenience caused.

Have had a few blinds now from this company, they send fabric samples by return, each blind I have received has been well made and comes within two weeks. I always buy a better quality fabric and the quality of workmanship is of a good standard . Would definitely recommend .

Very pleased with speedy response with fabric sample, ordered and very surprised at the high quality roman blinds that arrived. Equally as good as previous blinds which I have paid a far higher price for. Would definately recommend
