Kundeservice elendig !!!!

Har prøvet i 3 dage at få kontakt til kundeservice for at få refunderet en ubrugt flybillet - De gider simpelthen ikke at tage telefonen!! Fuldstændig forrykt og frustrende dårligt !!! Don`t even go there...
