In the process of refurbishing my bathroom so I ordered a radiator online on the Monday after seeing QS website. Great price and free delivery and the guy in the shop said that it would be delivered on Thursday the same week. So far so good. Called on the Thursday morning and they told me it was on schedule. Did not arrive later that day so called again and they said that it would be delivered on the Friday. Not happy but had no choice but to wait. Friday came, no radiator. Called again and was told that it would be delivered on Monday. Very angry at this point as my work was being delayed and spoke to the manager who denied that anybody would have given me the other delivery dates. After 20 minutes arguing, I was in their hands and had to wait till Monday and the radiator arrived nice and early. Now I was happy until I opened the box of my brand new chrome radiator and found that it was wet, part of it was rusty and a bit of the chrome chipped at one end.
My wife then called (I was furious at this point) and she spoke to the most obnoxious idiot who tried to tell her that the radiators are pressure tested and the rust was normal. She was told that the manager would call back though he didnt. Also that we would have to pay to send it back. At this point I had had enough and took the radiator back myself for a refund. I waited to post the review when the money had gone into my bank. Such is the level of distrust.
These people will lie to you and are not in the least bit interested in any kind of customer satisfaction. They will not return your calls and I am gobsmacked that in these times, companies can treat consumers like this. Dont be fooled by the glossy web site. If you choose to use this company after reading all these negative reviews then on your head be it.
