Maps, translations, gmail, on and on....how do they do it? Thank you google for providing all these services to us!

This company like to screw you and you have no choice.
You would think a company like paypal would have better customer service. Instead, all their reps don't know what they are doing. I feel like I am more familiar to paypal than they are sometimes. Ask to speak to a manager, they will tell you their managers are in a meeting and will call you back when they are out, but you will never receive a call back. Try calling another day and their managers are in a "meeting" again.
Too bad I still have to use this company, I feel like I'm under a monopoly sometimes....

Legit!
I am one of urbanog's facebook fans. They often have these contest where they give away free shoes or gift cards. I always entered in those contests even though my boyfriend says it's a scam and they won't really give away free shoes, but last month I actually won and saw my picture on their facebook page!
Just from that, I can tell everyone that this company is legit.
