Èxcellent value with superfast delivery.
More convenient than shopping locally, far less expensive than buying from the vet with added benefit of a choice of premium pet products and treatments at hugely competitive prices.

Ordered good quality pet food at a very competitive price with the added benefit of free delivery. Adverse weather could have affected the delivery schedule which was communicated to me in advance but in the event I received the goods well within the time originally scheduled - A1

Commitment to provide customer satisfaction.
I had an initial problem whereby I ordered and paid for dog food which was very competitively priced and waited and waited for delivery with no communication from Petmeds. My email was eventually answered providing the reason for the delay - this being exhausted stock and an extremely busy period - however they did provide me with a very generous discount on the price I had paid which was refunded to my card.
