Great look, but disappointed with functions

We purchased a shower that had a contemporary look ( it is what we wanted). Unfortunately we could not use that shower. The next day we installed it we tried to use it. Water stream from the shower head did not go straight down. It would reach body if you stand at least 2 ft from the shower. Because our shower cabin is not large you would need to be at least 6 ft in hight to use it. Otherwise you would need to jump to be under water. I called the company next day, but they said nothing can be done and they cannot exchange it for another one. I thought it would be fair at least to give me a discount if I buy another one. Very disapponted!

This item can be installed at any height so that it is suitable for any customer, it may be possible for you to still adjust the height so that the item is then suitable for you and therefore useable.
