I recently had a baby so had bn off on maternity leave. I had started to use the phone in the day and noticed our bills increase so I phoned bt cservices up and asked if I could be switched to free daytime calls. Gr8 so I started using the phone in the day spending quite a lot of time catching up with ppl. So wen our quarterly bill comes through I notice its quite high. By Cservices told me it was still part of the old price plan and my next bill will be day time calls ahhhhh right ok. So I make calls as i had the baby etc and wen my next bill comes through its sky high. Wen u phoned I spoke to a foreign call centre and gave up as I couldn't understand. Next quater bill even more. After speaking to a friend age tells me must dial 5 to switch lines as I have broadband with them. Cheers bt u conning so and so's. Contract up next month and then its bye bye but who is best to go to as I'm not staying with these jokers
Iv bn with 3 for as long as I can remember however I recently left as my husband couldn't get signal were he works so we switched to vodafone. Now tied in to a 2yr contract I hate Vodafone and can't wait for the two years to be up do I can go back. Better value for money and helpfully friendly staff on cservices
I ordered an item off Amazon on Wednesday morning and DPD sent me a text confirming that I would have the item between 1-2pm thurs which was excellent as I would be on my lunch break. I got home just after 1pm and about 1:20 my parcel arrived. Happy friendly driver. Will definitely be using them again and think there hour window for delivery is brilliant so u don't have to stay in all day unlike some other useless companies. Maybe DoD could go give them some training :)
