Took payment twice - their system has a serious software bug

I tried to place an order with this company for delivery via UPS, while I looked up the details, my session expired, I received the appropriate warning message when I tried to complete the order, and then went through the process again.

A couple of days later, I noticed that although I got no confirmation message for the first order, Parcel2go had still managed to charge me for it!!!

Many calls/internet chats and several days and hours of wasted time later, I eventually managed to explain that I needed a refund.

My advice - book through a more reliable company who actually tests their booking and payment processes effectively.....
