Even though they have been informed twice before they insist on sending me two letters each month informing me that my email address is incorrect but still manage to send my ebilling notification to the correct address. This is despite their call centres informing me that it is all noted and sorted out and will not happen again. With this level of efficiency if another provider cables up my area I would be very tempted to move my communications package.
Booked to have tyres fitted via Web. Next day a call from fitting location to say that as they had my tyres in stock and if i wished, I could arrange to call in earlier at my convenience to have the fitting carried out. When I went for fitting staff were expecting me and fitted tyres in a short time. Great overall service.
