CLUELESS CUSTOMER RELATIONS

What once was a great site actually rewarding customer loyalty now treats those same customers as second rate citizens. Nothing really left on the site but rubbish that no one really wants to waste their points on (but apparently we do according to them).
I for one now spend a lot less on coke to what i used to about 75% less infact and this shows in the amount of points i now register on the site and that decrease in coke sales is a direct result of my experiance with this shockingly declining site
