I ordered a big bag of dog food...my payment was taken but my order was not placed and still sat in the basket. I sent an email and received a reply first thing the next morning and the problem was resolved very quickly. My food was dispatched that afternoon and I received it the next day in the allocated time slot I received in a text. Mistakes can happen and there can be errors on systems but it's not always resolved quickly. Pet Shop Express did resolve it quickly and there was no delay to my order being dispatched. I think their service is great and I would definitely use them again.
I have 2 Newfoundland dogs & although neither of them have itchy skin or anything I like to give them healthy food & treats. I've spent countless hours online looking through sites & scrutinizing the ingredients then I found My Itchy Dog...fantastic to find a site where everything is healthy. There is a good range & I've ordered twice now & my girls have loved everything they've tried. I had some questions & Kate was lovely & very helpful. Both my orders have arrived very quickly after dispatch so an excellent service. I would definitely recommend My Itchy Dog to my friends & family I'm so glad I found the site..it's made shopping for treats so much easier!
I've been using Viovet for a while now & have recommended it to quite a few friends already. Viovet is reliable, the delivery is fast & the prices reasonable. All the things I'm looking for when I order online for my dogs so I can't ask for more than that!
Ordered food for dog & had it within a couple of days. Excellent tracking on order you know exactly where your order is until received. Great price as well. I have used Petmeds before & will continue to do so because of their excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend them!!
