When you place the order you you should have received and EMAIL CONFIRMATION auomatically from our system. This may have gone into your junk folder depending on your email address or settings. You should have also received an EMAIL DISPATCH email with all the tracking details.
The ONLY reason you would not have received the email is if it went to your junk folder or the incorrect address was filled in at checkout.
