We've used XLN telecom for a number of years, and were always skeptical about the very bad reviews we read about them.
However on cancelling one of our contracts with them, we've be hit with what I can only describe as a scandalous hidden charge of £315.62.
Apparently even if you give the proper notice to switch line provider, and after they have given you a MAC code, if the new provider takes over the service even 1 day early, they hit you with this charge.
I called XLN today to complain, and all they did was fob me off with small print.
These guys have a very bad attitude towards customers and thoroughly deserve all the bad press that they get

Came back to carry out the repair over a week later, and although having assured us the dishwasher was now working, left us with the original fault and a broken dishwasher. We immediately complained to Repaircair who promised that they would arrange for the engineer to return. However having waited in for 2 days no engineer has been and we are left with no repair and just broken promises.
What a scam!
I closed my account with Talk Talk and yet they still kept billing me - despite numerous complaints.
Ended up having to cancel my Direct Debit with the bank
They still owe me money - but Its not worth the hassle trying to get it back
