I just purchased a bike and some parts for other bikes.
The delivery was ok and on time but they delivered the wrong tire.
I requested a refund as it would cost more (2x the price for the tire) to return it. Also sent a picture of the wrong tire.
"Customer scare" told me that i needed to return the tire and pay for it.
They stated that maybe they would return the cost for the freight but only if I shipped it the cheapest way possible.
NOT MY FAULT THAT THEY SHIPPED THE WRONG TIRE !!!
I created a case with PayPal and is waiting to get the maoney back.
Worst Customer care I have tried.
