Top Notch Photo Site

A really excellent photo site with loads of options for prints, posters, collages,photo books and much more. The site is easy to navigate... I ordered a photo book on this occasion and putting it together was very straightforward. A really excellent online photo shop that puts the customer first. Totally recommended.

Your reply is not acceptable... the important point is that at no time did you send an email keeping your customer clearly informed of the position with their order. This was your reply when I placed the order... "We wish to inform you that we have received your order. Your order number is 223**** ****** and is expected to be delivered within 2-5 working days" From that point [31st March] to the 7th April you did not contact me at all. On the 7th April I received an email from you saying that my order had been sent out and should be received the next day! At no point did you keep me informed. You mention the Easter period as a reason... it's simply an excuse as had you sent me an email immediately explaining that the item would not in fact be sent out until the 7th April that might have been partly acceptable. Don't make lame excuses. You should address keeping customers informed at all times when they have placed valuable orders with you.

Brilliant shop... brilliant customer service

Original item ordered but then company rang straightaway to apologise as item not in stock... reordered and item arrived next day... brilliant customer support... that's the most important thing for internet purchases... customer confidence. No rip off 084 or 087 type phone numbers... landline contact. Totally recommended top internet shop.
