Wimdu

THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT HOUSE OWNERS - HOSTS!! NO ANSWERS NO CONTACT!

There are a lot of things to say! i don't know where to start.

I have few houses and As a host i'm renting my houses more then 5 years. I Take my job very serious and i'm a responsible educated person. My guests satisfaction is the most important thing for me.
we became like friends with my guests.

i had bad experience 10 days ago and they still did not answer my mails also there are No CONTACT PHONE! for emergency.

During the guests stay they reserved 2 of my houses during their stay.( 1+1 studio and 2+1 apt.) Because of municipality last minute pipeline construction without warning - my 1+1studio house became useless and i gave to Them my 90mt2 2+1 %100 fully furnished ,from full HD LCD tv to microwave + AC etc... house without any extra payment they stayed 11,6 euro per person which is a Dormitory Hostel price in istanbul. But since that minute my guest start complaining and she want me to fix the problem and move to studio. but it was impossible to stay there without water. afterwards she start complaining about the house and even i did my best to satisfied her she do not stop.

They did the check-out without any warning by theirself and after their check-out when i arrive to house i realised my vacuum cleaner is broken and they did not say a word to me. when i realised the situation i took pictures of broken vacuum cleaner and i contact with WIMDU waiting answer from them. now i need to buy a new vacuum cleaner. And they leave a bad review for my house in website which i totaly DO NOT deserve.

Some other Websites has Guarantee for the hosts. but wimdu has not . it's ok but they even they do not answer to help request. And i'm sure they will not do anything about this situation.

PLUS ; in this website they are some good reviews but most of them are fake because they give 30 euro for the good reviews!!
they ask a screenshot with good review and they give you 30 euro voucher for free. if the review doesn't macth with their requirements they do not give you the 30 euro.
