Due to time constraints and wanting the best as I had a freind coming to stay, I ordered online from Waitrrose. It's not something I would do regularly, but in the right situation will definitely do it again. The ordering system was easy, the driver was on time, helpful and courteous and even a little glitch was sorted immediately on the phone. Their service is faultless, just wish I could afford to use Waitrose all the time!
After being a customer for 16 or so years, I moved to another provider. I am not a big user (£10 pm is more than adequate) and I don't require the latest handset. Previously had lots of problems and it was always difficult to communicate, because (I think) the call centre is abroad and often you cannot understand the person you are talking to and they don't understand you. The final straw came when I was advised they couldn't offer me a better deal than £10.50 pm for unlimited texts and 300 mins (my phone which was over three years old and my contract term long expired). I found a better deal for £10 pm with unlimited texts, 250 mins and a small but perfectly adequate data bundle AND a FREE new phone!!! They wonder why I left?
Amazon keep you fully informed of the status of your order and never charge your account until despatch of goods. Had a problem recently where they couldn't supply the item I ordered. They kept me fully informed and then suggested other options. Excellent to deal with.
I would like to have given 5 stars, because the customer service was good. However, the product I ordered was broken and needed replacing on hte first two delivery attempts. This of course was aggravating, that said, customer service had no problem in sending out replacements. 5* for customer service. I would use them again.
