Everything with Blackcircles worked excellently up to the fitting. I then arrived at their 'premier partner', Maxmatt in Brighton, and drove my Mercedes into the only open garage. Once inside a fitter said I had to drive back out so he could move another car, and he started waving my car back. Visibility was awful so he carried on waving me back once he'd got a blue car out of this garage. He waved me right back into a some railings...
I made it very clear I was in a hurry to get going as I had meetings in the afternoon.
Upon getting my tyres fitted it took the partner 1h and 40 mins to fit the tyres and I had to cancel one meeting over text from the garage, very unprofessional. Most times I looked into the workshop no one was working on my car at all. I complained twice and eventually my car was complete, I was told I had two buckled wheels which took a long time to balance. Thinking this was not right as I had new rears 10,000 miles ago I left the car with Mercedes for a day, who deny the wheels being buckled. The manager of the fitting centre gave me a voucher for a free £10 hoover of my car. Considering my car has about £250 damage this seems something of an insult. It turns out the fitter didn't even tell the manager what had happened when he was waving my car back or that I had meetings. I feel like a completely unvalued customer.
I have complained to Blackcircles who initially dismissed me, then escalated my complaint. However, they have refused to assist me and the matter is now proceeding to the small claims court, on the basis I was under supervision and direction of their fitting agent who is at least part accountable for the damage on my car.
Blackcircles on line service is good but beware of their fitting agents.
