The only difficulty I encountered was the delivery "window" when 2 of us were expected to wait in for 10 hours and then had a 20 minute time slot to check the goods. We actually waited for 8 hours. An improvement would be to negotiate with the delivery company that the customer can select either morning or afternoon delivery so that they can attend to other jobs for at least half of the day. Other delivery companies are able to do this or even give a 1 or 2 hour slot with a phone call or text to keep the customer informed.
Staff at Better Bathrooms were friendly, knowledgable and helpful so no quibbles with them, just the delivery contractors (which is part of the job). I will collect my items another time as I have done previously with a smaller order.
