I like Sharon have been waiting over a month for either my goods or a refund. I have been told some story about needing to sign a declaration form so that they can claim off Royal Mail...what nonsense,that why you pay higher postage for Track&Trace so that you can claim compensation! After endless phone calls at 5p a minute I am still no further on. They probably make more money from the phone call merry-go-round than the clothes! A pitiful service as I am a first time(and last)customer! I will be contacting Manchester Trading Standards if this is not resolved by the end of the month.Then the police for fraud and theft.
