Booked web design course (http://www.e-careers.com/category/web-design.html) last week, payment was taken over the phone and I was told I'd have an email providing me access to the course materials within a couple of days.
Received an email from Worldpay almost instantly confirming the charge to my account but haven't heard anything from e-careers at all.
Called this morning to cancel and demand a refund, no record of my booking could be found, my details were taken and I've been promised a call-back.
Very shabby service indeed.
