Unsafe trampoline - and refused to refund

Ordered trampoline in May and it was falling apart by August. Main joints started to split and legs refused to stay upright. Only used by my 13 year old son. Company refused to refund our money and would only agree to replace with another one. My son has now been without his trampoline for 6 months. Trading standards agree that it is not fit for purpose so we will now have to go to court. Only buy if you have money to burn and no regard for your kids' safety.
