Still no sign

I posted something on here last Friday and received a call from Sonia soon after. But still no sign - Sonia, can I have an update please?

Infurn have told me it was sent to the courier on 8th Feb but quite honestly given today is 23rd Feb this must be a lie? What courier service takes over 2 weeks?


Awful, awful, awful. I wish there was a zero star rating

Ordered bean bag via groupon on November 11th. Expecting it within 6 weeks as promised and as of today February 17th I am still waiting. Was supposed to be a Christmas present for my son

Infurn don't even respond to emails which I just find incredibly rude. If they just replied and put their hands up and said sorry then I wouldn't mind so much.

Problem is I still love the product and I know my son will really love it so I am persevering!

Groupon have been telling me dispatch dates but they just come and go with no sign

Honestly don't understand how they can be so awful and still trade, how have they not gone bust?!
