I ordered this Marantz equipment from Weybridge Audio because it was evidently a family run business. Delivery was exemplary and it arrived so quickly I was unable to track the parcel as it arrived before I could get onto the couriers website!
I pondered for a moment (but only a moment) whether or not to drop a star though - but then decided that my small gripe was more with Marantz than with Weybridge Audion. I bought the receiver because it offered a free Airplay upgrade but there is, inexplicably, not one single word about Airplay in the Marantz manual - no instructions on how to obtain it, no instructions once you have it and no trouble-shooting guide if you have problems in setting it up. Where I have a small suggestion to Weybridge Audio - wouldn't it be a nice touch to tell buyers how to obtain the upgrade? I had to search the Marantz Website to find out. I know that I could have telephoned Weybridge Audio and I am sure they would have been as helpful as is evident from other reviews - but a brief explanation with the order might have been a slightly better service - perhaps?
Very happy with the purchase but the proof of most puddings is, of course, when something goes wrong. It hasn't so far!

I bought a North Face jacket which I mistakenly ordered in a size too large. By the time I got back on line to order the correct size, my size was no longer available. An exchange request for the next available size smaller had the item reserved and it was despatched as soon as the larger size was received back at Webtogs. Unfortunately the new one was too small so back that went for a refund.
At every stage, Webtogs website was simple to use. There was no quible over the returns and all despatches were speedy and efficient,
I know they have legal obligations (Distance Selling) but Webtogs was a joy to do business with and I would very willingly use them again, probably in preference to others if the price differential wasn't too great.

I have read these reviews after I ordered through Simply Electronics - fortunately! Otherwise I might have been put off.
I can only speak as I find and can say that I ordered a Nikon lens at 19:00 on Sunday evening and it was delivered on Tuesday by DHL, nicley packaged and in good condition. It was exactly as described and a lot cheaper than available elsewhere.
All the time I was updated about the order status and , once despatched, the package was tracked. E mail communication with the company has also been very reassuring and supportive.
Others may have had a bad experience but I haven't. I am very happy with my shopping experience with this company
