Poor Customer Services

After waiting 17 days for my order, I contacted Debenhams to find out what was going on. I was informed that my order had been cancelled because since ordering my items, they had gone out of stock.

I was never informed of the cancellation of my order and Debenhams were completely uninterested in helping or offering to do anything about it. All items are no in stock on their site again, so they could have quite easily re-raised the order.

This experience has put me off of this company for good.
